I cannot imagine why, but I am tempted to lead a low Heart
.... but that seems crazy
♥Queen is normal. A low Heart might work much better if partner has ♥Kx etc

It seems the opps have a good heart stopper (if they are sane). I think diamonds is their running suit. The suit my pard had most difficulty bidding was clubs. I have 10 HCP, my LHO has at least 11, I think together they have 25. That leaves my partnr with less than 5 HCP. King of clubs, is that insane?
