Suggesting a Moysian doesn't make all that much sense on this auction. If we don't want to double, we probably have short hearts, so the wrong hand would take the tap on heart leads. Clearly Justin's suggestion is the best use of the bid

Alright, thanks for the checking. We scored 500 for beating 3♥ by 3 tricks. About half the field were scoring up games and one person bid slam (6 of either minor is cold, some folks were down as well, presumably in 3nt). I wasn't sure which of the calls, if any, was where we went wrong. The second Xer didn't want to bypass 3nt, but I think if partner had hearts controlled they ought to have tried 3nt themselves instead of pass, so I like the 4♥ suggestions.

I think 4♥ 2nd round is right, even opposite a stop it's not clear you want to be in 3nt and the colors are wrong for hitting them.

This I strongly disagree with, you only neg-x'd, which doesn't promise more than a 7 count or so. So they aren't going to bid 3nt with every random 13/14 with a stopper.

The person who bid the slam was experimenting with transfer walsh, therefore opening 1♣ instead of 1♦ whenever not totally ridiculous to try and get more practice. So the auction went 1♣-(1♥)-2♦-(2♥);3♦-3♠-4♦-5♣-6♦ , knowledge of the 9 cd fit makes it rather easier.
