Pass seems clear now. Maybe more interest if we pass and partner doubles? Then we have more of a decision. (although I think I would go for 5♣, with pass a close 2nd)

The answer is slightly depend on partners opening style in
3rd seat, if he opens always sound, we can start discussing
about other calls.

Some would have opned 3C with the hand and be done with
the hand.

Pass is out, and 5D requires you to make 11 tricks,
if partner has diamonds, they will also be useful in a
spade contract.
Of cours partner has at most 2 spades, but he will
have 2 spades (unless the X is a clear penalty double).

Anyhow, now you have to bid 4♠, IMHO .. neilkaz ..
