Convention card window too small Cannot see entire convention card

When I go to view a convention card I get a small pop-up window which cannot be enlarged by stretching and cannot be scrolled. Thus I cannot see the right most portion and the bottom portion. I have tried changing screen resolution and that doesn't help. Originally I did not have this problem but I have not idea what I did to create it. Any Suggustion?
