What do you take a cue bid of opp's suit to be after make an unusual nt bid?
Is your answer different if pd is a passed hand? Does it depend on whether opp's
suit is a major or a minor?

Default for me is an inv+ raise of one of partner's suits. If he has a minimum, he returns to the nearest of them, with extras he does something else.

With a casual partner I would take it as some sort of raise of one of my suits.
with my regular partner I play it as a relay. Partner can bid other suits to relay for controls, shortness and Queens in my suits.
