Definitely 2NT, not double!

After 3C we need very little for game, 3 small clubs gives play. So I don't think that 4C is enough, I will bid 3S and see what happens.

No, not when we are showing so much strength and have a diamond suit. My main worry is that partner will bid slam based on very little and it won't have play, but I think even after the 3♣ and 4♣ signoffs slam is just possible.

Hi:

Double suggests(promises) heart support "which you do not have."

2NT suggests 5-5+ minors "which you do have."

Many players use shape showing bids either weak or strong, which you have.

Bid 2NT and hope to sort it all out later.
