I actually had problems with an auction like this last night, because I have no idea how strong partner can be for either bid. If partner has AK♦ and a black K I have great play for 3NT. I only have 1 stopper and 1 holdup in ♣, though, so if partner's points are more in the majors...
Well, partner should be at least 10 points, I *think*. 3NT seems plausible, though not certain, so I think I'd try it.

3NT. Even if partner is minimum for the auction it rates to have play.

Pard would need some very specific minimums for 3N to be right, and some good maximums can even be unplayable.

Pard never has what I need. I suspect pard would bid the same way with Qxxxx Kx KQxx x and we're off at 3NT immediately.
I pass 3♦ at MPs definitely, and may think of 4♠ at IMPs knowing there's likely shortage in clubs in the dummy.

Assuming you get the diamonds wrong, 5D and 4S make.

I would never bid 3NT, if I wanted to bid game it would be 4S.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
