I don't see much. Partner can't have much more in HCP than the QJ♥.
A♥ and low heart back doesn't look like it can cost. Declarer isn't likely to have the singleton K♥, but I guess it's something.

This hand came up in my GNT-C match last weekend; at the table East played HA and returned a low heart and the contract was made. I'm not sure whether the right defense can be found with certainty but there are a few clues:
1. As you said, West likely has H-QJ and probably doesn't have much else.
2. South almost surely has CK. Even so, he only has 2 kings and some quacks opposite a minimum opener yet he bid 4S. What is his shape? How many spades does he have?
3. West might have led East's suit (diamonds) if he held an honor. He almost certainly would have led a singleton diamond if he had it.
You have 3 tricks in hand - where can you find a fourth trick?

Obviously, declarer is very distributional. Maybe he's got a 7 or 8 card ♠ suit. Of course, there's nothing I can do about that.
Maybe he's 55, or something close to that. He doesn't have 5♣, or partner's leading one. He could have 5♦, but lacking the AK I'm not sure that warrants a 4♠ bid after I bid them. (Sure his partner only has 1 or 2 likely, but they're 1 or 2 LOSERS) 5♥ actually seems the most sensible, in which case A♥, low ♥ is right.
Ok, partner not leading a ♦ is bothering me. If partner is void, though, partner has at least 2 trump, so really, trying the ♥ first can't cost. EDIT - sorry, unless declarer has 8050, in which case, hats off to him.

A diamond return was required to set the contract; declarer guessed trumps correctly (finessing the 9). There are hands where a heart return would be right, though. I'm not sure how to assess the chances for the two plays.

Had partner led the ♦8 (the suit we bid first), the defense would have been much easier.
