Over 1♠ I'd not commit myself to GFing, which I'd have to do responding 2♦ (not planning to overlook my heart suit). So I'd make a negative double.

Over 3♠ I'd come back with 4♦.

Double for sure on the first round. Pass could be the winner on the 2nd round (wrong black shape) but I think you have to go with 4D (partner can still have 4 hearts and a min, or 1345 even).

Agree with the LOL man. Dbl absolutely mandatory 1st round because you can easily bury the hearts with a 2♦ bid.

Double & 4♦, although in an unlucky day it might not be good. Pass over 1♠ is a crime.
