Hi. Do u use a direct western cue bid after opp's 2Major preemptive open bid ?
In this bidding sequences:
2♠ ( 3♠* ) Pass ( ?? )
The 3S bid ask to partner bid 3notrump with a stopper, usually has a minor suit.
The advancer will very happy when he has one stopper and weak or medium hand.
If his hand is very weak and without stopper, i think he can bid 4♣ ask the interferer pass or correct.
How to slam try when advancer with a real strong hand too( with or without stopper ) ?
How to game try when advancer with medium hand without stopper?
The advancer does not know interferer's suit.

You can either use this cue as Western showing a running minor and stops in the non-spade suit. You can also use the cue as a weaker Michaels call (with 4m as a stronger call). Both come up very infrequent, although you can utilize the cue for a very strong single suiter that has no intent for sitting for 3N anyway, so the use is expanded a little.

Assuming its Western:

--3N would be to play without a lot extra besides the spade stop.
--4♣, 4♦ and 5♣ would all be pass or correct.
--4♥ is interesting - I suppose it should be natural, but if you wanted to agree it was a slam try without a spade control I suppose you could play it that way.
--4♠ is obviously a slam try.
