Suggest you read this entire post before downloading as
version 3.7.5 is not meant for everyone.

You can download a program that will update your BBO
to the latest version:

or download everything from scratch:

I suggest you use the update method unless you really
think you know what you are doing!

In theory this version of the BBO client is capable of
supporting many different languages, but the data files
for only English and Spanish are included in this build.

Many thanks to John Plaut (Granguru) who did the
Spanish translations at close to the speed of light!

If you are interested in providing translations into other
languages, look for an upcoming post by Uday.

WARNING: 3.7.5 has not been seriously tested and it
could contain some "instabilities". I do not suggest you
download it if you are hoping for all sorts of amazing new
features that you can use. Best to only get involved if
you want to help us with testing (or if you speak Spanish
or if you are interested in providing translations for
other languages).

Good news is that it is relatively easy to revert back to
version 3.7.3 if 3.7.5 causes problems for you.

Here is how multi-lingual BBO will work:

- When a person first runs the multi-lingual version
(ie anything 3.7.5 or higher), the program will detect
the language that his PC's version of Windows is set to.

- BBO will use that language if there is a translation
available for it (right now only Spanish is available).

- Otherwise BBO will use English (and you will get an
annoying message telling you that your language is
not available).

- You can change your BBO language through the Options
dialog (access with the button on the toolbar that looks like
a gear). There are about 5 languages in the list now, but
only English and Spanish work. Hopefully we will be able
to offer MANY languages before too long.

Version 3.7.5 contains a few new minor features and
several bug fixes as well.

If you have a Spanish version of Windows installed on your
PC and if you are willing to try 3.7.5, please let me know if
the language comes up as Spanish when you first run this
version of BBO!

Also, please let me know if you see any English when you
are running in Spanish mode.

Good news - the "instabilities" I wrote about in my previous
post have been fixed now. There could still be problems, but
I am fairly confident that 3.7.5 is now at least as stable (and
perhaps more stable) than 3.7.3.

So, if you thinking of trying 3.7.5 and my dire warning scared
you off, you may want to think about it again.

The URLs for upgrading are the same as before and the version
number remains 3.7.5, but there are new files there now. If
you download 3.7.5 already, I strongly suggest you do it again.

Some known bugs. We'll deal w/these when FG returns

- NEW TABLE screen
IMPs and MP are flipped; selecting IMP gets you MP and vice versa

- PROFILE
Ignore Enemies and Ignore Lobby chat are flipped.

- SHOW PLAYER HISTORY ( for TDs only).
One of the confirmation dialogs, which should say "OK", "Cancel", says "Cance", " ". Click Cancel for OK, and the blank one for Cancel

- CHAT WINDOW
First choice is "Chat to this room", should be "This room"
