Private messages on BBO How can I view them again

I accidently closed a BBO private message which had a phone number + email before writing them down. Is there a way I can see the message again?

if you log your chat, it will be there...

to see it look for a file named qwery_hi_chat.txt

This should be in c:/bridge base online/ directory
