I wouldn't bid 2NT at any colors but I can't tell you how "LOL" it is if you don't mention the colors. Very LOL when red, not crazy at all when favorable.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

I'd bid 2NT at favorable. I think it's a bit crazy at red and might be LOL-worthy at unfavorable.
