Scoring: MP

1-(2)-3-(Pass)
- How should bidding continue from here.
...What if South bids 5 now?
1-(2)-3-(Pass)
5-(Pass)-???
- Is 5 to play or is it 1st control for asking for 1st control ?

Why would you bid 5? I guess you'd need to if you don't feel 4 is forcing. 3 is GF for me, so this isn't a worry.

5 isn't forcing, but it should say great hearts but not enough for slam.

Over 5 call, I would bid 5. This is a very suitable dummy for clubs with the two entries. I might get to 7, but I doubt I'd get to 7N.
