Hi. You are playing 1S-2H game forcing (absolutely - a 3H rebid by responder can't be passed.) What is 4H by opener?
I tend to lead fourth best - as opposed to the best suit, the second best suit, or the third best suit for our side

would assume picture bid with a random advanced p.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

I play it as 5422 minimum with no controls in the minors. With a decent 13/14 with 5332 or 5422 I would raise it to 3H. With a minimum 5332 I would rebid 2S then bid 3H.

Tends to be 5422 minimum hand instead of 5431 or 5413 because splinter is also available, and no minor suits controlled. I would not jump to 4H with only three card support, but some hands it might be the best description.

Picture bid, although it's so rare people usually let go the absence of side controls requirement.

What is the meaning of 'picture bid'? I always thought this showed a minimum hand with 3 or 4 card fit.

A picture bid show a specific hand. ´
In this sequence it shows values only in ♥ and ♠.
This really helps responder to decide about slam.
You can also play 1♠ - 2♥ - 4♥ as a minimum with threecard support, but then your jump is not so sharply defined and may leave responder guessing.

A picture bid means a raise but with no shortage, or A, or K in either of the unbid suits.
The difference between theory and practice is that in theory, there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice, there is.
