Nobody is vulnerable.

(pass) - pass - (1) - 1
(2) - 3 - pass - ???

3: once you rule out your weak openings, partner is 99% sure of showing 3 spades and 5 good hearts (worth a lead at least)

I took 2 minutes to bid, finally I bid the best strain for the wrong reasons :).

Right strain was in hearts, because partner has K!, you can discard third spade on the clubs, in spades you don't have such luck.

How many 9s were there?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn
