check back slam splinters after relay bids

I read a BBO blog where some interesting ideas about slam bidding after 1 x - 1y - 1z - ? where 3 relay bids 2 clubs, 2 diamonds, and 2NT (forcing to 3 clubs) were used.
Anyone who knows where to find more information?
