The bidding is fine, you just lack some methods so south knows that the shortness is in hearts.

South is not gonna stop in 4 with Kx in diamonds, 4 trumps and AQJx in the suit partner failed to cue. Maybe bidding 5♥ is better than 4NT.

North was a tad aggressive with 3♦ in my methods. I would like to have a fifth one at MP's or shoot out 3nt.

South too. I agree with a cue-bid instead of 4nt

All said, only a bit aggressive and not a hopeless slam at all.

2.1 I'm guessing rho really has a doubleton ♥ and will draw trumps, cash clubs and the heart and come to this.
