Holding this hand, you opened 1D. I'm sure a 3H jump raise is unanimous if partner responds in Hearts. What about if partner responds 1S?
Worth a reverse? with only 15 HCP...

as always a matter of partnership agreement,
and those are partially depend where you live.

To answer your question:
For me, the options are either 2D or 2H, personnally I find
the hand too strong for a 2S bid.
Dont ask me, what I would choose, but the reverse is an real
possibility.
Of course for me a reverse does not promise another rebid, i.e
I definitly belong to the light reverse school, a school which is a
minority, especially here on the forum.
With kind regards

Agree. This is not a reverse.

Also because I don't like the alternative: 2♠ and 2♦ seem little on this nice hand.

I agree with Roland, in a typical SA or 2/1 GF context this hand is not worth a reverse.
There are those that play a style where control rich 6- loser hands with 16+ in playing strength are allowed to reverse. They get their inspiration from bidding systems such as some styles of Acol or KS where reversing on some 6 loser hands is systemic.
I haven't played Acol in a while, but perhaps Frances or someone who does could comment on whether ♠ATx♥AJxx♦AQxxx♣x would be considered worth a reverse in that system?
Anybody out there play KS enough to comment?
If you decide such hands are worth a reverse, and I am NOT advocating such a thing, you are going to need "excellent brakes" in your bidding system to make sure you do not get too high too often after a reverse. This will require a great deal of very careful planning for auctions after a reverse. At the least, the floor on Responder's continuations is going to have to be increased so that We have at least 25+ between Us when Responder GF.
In addition, remember that in typical SA or 2/1 GF, a minimum response is ~6 points. Since We typically need 23+ points to be safe at the 2N or 3ofasuit level, the typical reverse promises 17+ points.
Reversing "light" on some hands increases the risk of Us getting too high.

I think it's close enough that as small a change as moving the jack to the long suit where it would also reinforce the queen (ATx Axxx AQJxx x) might well be worth a reverse.

Agree with this, this hand is much much closer to a (North American) reverse than the previous posters seem to think.
Also I don't understand why 2♦ is a reasonable bid, 2♠ has much more to gain and doesn't lie about our diamond length.

*My husband would reverse ("just"), I might do but would like to have the ten of hearts in addition.

Whether I raise to 2♠ or 2♦ depends upon who I am playing with... in one partnership, with weak 1N, the single raise promises 4 cards support, so the 'book bid' is an ugly 2♦. In other partnerships, this is a heavy 3 card raise.
