(2)-p-(3)-?

If you're a passer, what's the minimum change to make a different call?

I'm in a passer and I don't think it is very close. You would have to add something like the club king to get me to double.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I would double if you changed the Q to the K. Given that our alternative is to defend 3, we should be making doubles very very aggressively with this kind of hand.

Double.

I do think it is close, perhaps I am influenced towards double by seeing the hand given as a problem.
Anyway, with a singleton heart, and AQJx of spades it is our job to be doubling here whenever we reasonably can.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I pass, it's too much of a stretch for me. I suspect I lie between han and clee somewhere.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

I would double if I had a wire on the hand from my last bathroom break. Oh, wait, this isn't the 70s anymore.

I pass.

I'm an passer. Partner could not double or bid... Why make poor partner bid 4 and play his 4-2 fit? (Or you could double and correct to and play 6 doubled.) I would like at least 3 clubs to the King and a few other values. Granted, this may be a bit conservative, but considering what options partner had and will have available, it seems quite safe. Also: It's IMPs... So I lose six IMPs, big deal!! Compared to what could happen, I'd call it playing it safe.

Mouse.

I'll regret this later, I'm quite sure.

I don't need much more... maybe even just take a and turn it into a ... but more likely I'm going to need another honor of some variety.

Mighty mouse instead of dead man. Not close
From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

Lovely, agree.

Add the King of clubs to make it close.
Kind Regards
