♠ AJ76
♥ J8
♦ K
♣ K98642

All red at IMPS

(2♦) - Pass - (2♠) - Pass
(Pass) - ?

2♦ = 0-8 with a major suit, normally 6.
2♠ = For correction. Opener can bid 4♥ with agood hand.

Motivation:

- My spades are stacked over RHO.
- Partners hearts are stacked over LHO.
- Clubs might "easily" run.

Where are your tricks coming from in 3NT?
If you wanna take a chance, try 3♣.

Quite insane. We have no reason to believe that we have somewhere near the combined values required. Partner couldn't act with a likely spade shortage.

I see no reason for making any call other than the normal balancing bid of 3♣. If game is there, partner will either bid it or cue bid 3♥ with hearts stopped.

Well, when my teammeates saw my hand, hearts were stopped. :(
