P seems to be in order.
Did pard hold AKXXX+ (♦), JTX in ♥, XX (♠) and 3N rolled home on the ♠ hook and a 3-3 break?

No.
Soft values, no spade intermediates, plus pards tend to overbid in 2NT with 10 hcp and fillers = pass.

Really not even close. Put it this way, if the queen of hearts were the ace I would bid 2NT, but if partner passed it I would expect to go down.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

In a lame attempt to revive this thread, would partner be enough for a Bart 2♦ bid? How would your auction progress?

The hand is right in the vicinity of a BART 2♦ call. It would definitely be a BART 2♦ call if you made the heart suit AJTxx.
If responder bid 2♦ BART, and the partnership agreement includes this responding hand in the lower limit of BART 2♦ bid, opener would still have to bid just 2♠, as he does not have enough to bid more and he has no heart fit. But he is very close to bidding more, and that more would be 3NT.
Of course, if you require a slightly stronger hand for a BART 2♦, then responder would be overbidding, and opener would have to bid 3NT if he is expecting more.
Both partners would have to be pushing to get beyond 2♠.

Agree another hand for BART. You will end up in 2s.
1s=1nt
2c=2d(BART)
2s=(very often 5=1=3=4 shape)=pass

Pass.
It does not matter, if 1 NT was forcing or not,
either you have no fit, or partner is broke.
For that matter, the original hand is not a
particular good 15 count.
With kind regards
Marlowe
