Opponents took me too seriously

Teammatch. Earlier I joked that if the opps wanted free IMPs, they should put me on lead. They took me at my word, and I gave them their IMPs, can you do better?

A9752 64 83 QJT5.

All red, you and partner are silent, RHO deals.

They play Polish club.
You are told 1D...1NT shows 12-14 with significantly better diamonds than clubs.
2D was gf checkback. Everything else normal.

What is your lead?

IMO ♠ = 10, ♣x = 9, ♣Q = 8
It would be normal for RHO to bid 3N with no ♠ worries. Hence his 3♠ may be intended to ask for help in ♠.
