to eliminate host in main club

Many time i find host that doesn't play in the tables of the main club.
I find useful to eliminate the host that doesn't play after some minutes because don't allow to other players to play
Another thing: when i want to join in a table it should be useful to arrive in an new hand not in the middle of bid or of playing

In the invitations for playing a tournament should be a button maybe called "reason".
Only say "no" its not very nice.

I am TD here and if I send invitations to 50 friends or more by BBO-mail I have to send it 50x.

Its not possible to send a whole list. Why?
