2 level openings using Multi

Suppose u use multi 2♦ (weak 2M or strong 2NT), what would you like to play 2♥ and 2♠ opening for?

Ditto. Its usefulness stems from the high frequency of occurring so there's no real competition for the meaning of 2M opening.

There are many options but these may be restricted by your local system regulations. For instance, the ACBL is quite restrictive in this area.
In Europe, at championship level, multi 2♦ is the most popular meaning for 2♦ opener and is played with weak two-suited 2♥/2♠ openers.
The WJ05 methods, where 2♥ shows 5-5 in hearts and any other suit and 2♠ is 5-5 in spades and a minor, is gaining in popularity. Details can be found on Dan Neill's site.
If you are looking for a variety of mainstream and exotic meanings, then Chris Ryall's Weak Two Archive is an excellent place to start.

This 2♥ is much harder to defend than 5 hearts and 4+ minor.

2♠ = both minors weak or both minors GF
2NT = bad pre-empt in a minor

Agree, although I play 2♥ as 44+

If you are adventurous and the method is allowed. Boomerang 2H and 2S are interesting from Diamond Majors. 2H is either weak spades and diamonds or strong hearts and clubs. 2S are the opposite. I believe that in ACBL, only the weak bid is allowed.
