I would love to be able to track my 'career stats' on BBO. The hand records can only be selected over a period of a month. Is there any way/is it convenient/is the data kept to allow this to happen?

Thanks

We don't keep the data forever ( well, we do, but not in a manner that is readily accessible ). Someday we'll find a way to serve up all the historical data

In the "myhands" area we keep a few months of data, no more. We push all the old data to Stephen, who has a product called bridgebrowser (BRBR) that is interested in such things. BBO does not have a financial interest in BRBR

BRBR does a lot of scary things with this data. I'm sure you can track down down stephen ( sfbp on bbo) if you are interested.

Or make a push for us to hang on to the data for longer, and maybe we will.

Hi,

Also all the games you played are stored in your local hard drive, at least in the Windows version, not sure about Flash (since I've only used it CyberCafes)

You can then use those files to make your analises.

Unfortunately, Flash applications aren't allowed to read or write anything on your hard drive, for security reasons (many of the security fixes for Java and Javascript have had to do with ensuring that they only access appropriate files -- this isn't an issue if you don't allow accessing ANY files).

LOL, not really fair to say BRBR does scary things. The scary stuff is already there in the hand records !!

The cool part is you can find out your favourite trump suit and the one you score best in. Eg, highest avg MPs or IMPs.

that is always useful to know. :) :D
