How do you bid these hands after south opens a 15-17 NT? Using other methods?

OK; I can see a club transfer or something followed by 5N. I can't reliably get to 7♣ in my methods.

Relaying = 7♣, not relaying = 6NT. Wow, so shocking on the forums!

1NT - 2S (just checking, can bid 6NT later)
3C (good hand for clubs, and at least one top honor) - 4C (slam try no shortness)
4D (cue) - 4H (cue)
5C (no spade control) - 5S (no diamond cue, nothing else to cue in hearts, must have spade ace since trying for 7)
7C (can count on pretty good chances for 7 if partner has 6 clubs or can ruff a diamond)

I think this is how I might bid it with you Roger.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
