Pass.

Assuming the x promises at least +8, if it makes,
it is just 180, if it goes down, well sometimes you
may get 800-1100 or 300-500, when game fails or
is not on.

It would be harder withouth the Jack of diamonds,
I would still pass, but in this case 2H looks a lot more
like the safer bet.

Easy for me, as X is a raise to 2♥, so I oblige. :)
If double was no more than 2 hearts and 2 diamonds, and 2 suited, then 2♠ looks better to me than pass.
