1 - (P) - 1 - (1)
2 - (P) - 3 - (P)
3 - (P) - 4 - (P)
4 - (P) - 6 - AP

Getting to 6NT (by west) seems too hard, since west cannot really offer a choice of slams when there is so much to be gained by possibly ruffing clubs in hand.

Edit: misread the hand initially

After 2 West should have cuebid 3.
East will bid 3NT, he can't do anything else.
Most people would pass 3NT and make seven.

It is not easy to reach 6 (+1).
Should West try for more with 4 over 3NT?
