Considering the best defensive play and the best declarer, who do you choose?

I'm guessing defense, I really don't see much though. Declarer can ruff a fourth spade high in an attempt to endplay west but west can counter by underruffing.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

With ATxx in spades, why didn't North bid 3NT? I like his chances in that contract!

i feel like there's some trick that you can play double dummy in diamonds

I wish I had some time to work on this one.
Initially I'm thinking A♠, ruff spade, heart to Q, and three more hearts....East has plenty to look after in the endgame in the blacks, and West can't keep me off the board.
I'll take it with me today.
