what is the name of this defensive convention?

similarly
1H-(3C/D) = 5-card+ that minor & 4-card S
any development?

Maybe the proper name would be "Raptor-1100"

I have no idea whether such a conv. exists. But I have played Copenhagen conv. as 5-4, either longer instead of 5-5. Ghestem is something similar.
