Myhands Problem

Is there something wrong with Myhands or is it just my computer? For the last 3 days when I go to Myhands I see all the hand records but the movies are either not there at all or only a few of them are available. I have not been able to determine a specific pattern, but when I click on a movie and open it I often get a bridgevu table with no cards or bidding or anything. Is anybody else having this problem? And if so, what is the aniticipated fix time? If it is only me, does anybody have any suggestions as to what is causing it and how I can repair it?

p.s. Running I.E. 6 on a Windows XP home machine with all updates in place and no problems that I know of

Clear your browser cache. If using IE

Menu item Tools / Internet options
Tab General
button Delete Files
Check "Delete all offline content"
button OK

wait.....

try myhands again
