exclude list problems again

*sigh*

I recently did some testing - again - to determine how many names I could have in an exclude list before it failed.

I was rather surprised, to say the least, when an exclude list with ONE name on it was unable to prevent that ID from registering :P .

Gee thanks Dodgy, you right upt there with the fellas who test them motherboards to see how many decimal places of pi they calculate before they fail. B)
