For most peoble 3S would generate a game force,
hence pass is forcing.

If you disagree, you disagree with the assumption that
3S created a game force, e.g. for you 3S would be fit
showing.
But than you have this agreement, and the question is
also not interesting to discuss.
Undiscussed, I never would dream of assuming this.
