ACBL site says "all regionally-rated events will consist of 24 boards per session". Cost is either $15.50 or $14.50 per session. Good to see NABCs are not competing with regionals.

It means a step closer to $1 per board per player

There are different prices for different events. The premium events are usually more expensive, like $18/person/session. But the normal KO or pairs or what not are cheaper and are only 15.50/person/session or 14.50/person/session.

If you look at the schedule you can see some things are in bold and all caps, some things are just in bold, and some things are in normal print. There are different prices/prestige levels associated with each of those. It has nothing to do if you are a NABC Master or Regional Master or whatever title.

wow, so maybe $30 to win 25 points in a pairs event.....BBO $1 could win 2 points....guess BBO is the best bang for the buck! ;)

How silly. Is masterpoints all you are after? Attending a NABC and being part of the excitement and fun of a huge tournament is a far cry from sitting at your computer in your boxer shorts.
