Good, I am not the only one who uses the Laws of Duplicate Contract Bridge 1997.
It's nice to have some guidelines, and I would have used Law91.

First of all I am shocked at the response from this post. I received over 40 emails, and the support and compassion was truly overwhelming.

As for the Laws of Duplicate bridge, I follow them implicitly. Regarding Law 74, Proper Attitude and Etiquette you are very correct. I direct live twice a week, and would not hesitate to enforce any legitimate rule.

As for you comment about announcing to the Tournament I would cancel, I did that, but I messaged the players who were complaining that I would cancel it, where as I should have announced it to the entire tournament.

As for "nuking" offensive players, I was a little leary of nuking a yellow! "Deers" only have so much courage!

Again I apprecaite all the input.

Some folks are wise, and some are otherwise !! Have a good day

Bambi;
You did what you had to do... I just hope that this doesnt mean you wont be directing on BBO anymore, it would be such a shame ;)(

;) I like publically appologize to Bambi for my rude and inconsiderate comments to her at start of this tournament.

To say I very tire do not excuse my conduct and I do beg forgiveness from you Bambi. It is player responsibility to read tournament rules and I fail to do this.

You is excellent TD and very nice person and bridge player. You tournaments is very fun with high standards and competition we all enjoy very much. You is wonderful addition to BBO TDs and we all apreciate you input and thoughtful comments on directions we take and missions we seek to accomplish.

Please accept my humble appologies.
Gweny :-)
