What is average, average plus and average minus?
How is it calculated?

Multiply all outcomes by their probabilities and add those products.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

At matchpoint scoring, average is 50%. Average Plus is 60% (or a percentage of your game, if higher) and Average Minus is 40%.

At IMPs, average is no swing. Average Plus is usually translated to +3 IMPs, and Average Minus is usually translated to -3 IMPs.

I suspect that Average, Average Plus and Average Minus at Board-A-Match is calculated the same as it is at matchpoints, but I have never run into such a ruling.
