As Dummy I cannot see ALL HANDS Dummy viewing Hands

I ahve set KIBITZING to Partner, and SHOW ALL HANDS is checked. Why can't i see all hands when I am dummy?

because you have "kibitz partner when dummy" checked. the other option is when you're kibitzing as a kibitzer not a player.

that said, you can only see p's hand in tournaments, regardless of what options you have checked.
