I currently play a system where 1C shows at least 5-5 or 6-4 in two suits and at least 15 HCP (33+ Zar points).
On the auction, 1C-1S can you play the following:
1C-1S-?
X Shows tolerance for all three other suits
1N Natural
2C Either Diamonds(5+) or tolerance (3+) for H&C, not D
2D Either Hearts or tolerance for C&D, not H
2H Either Clubs or tolerance for D&H, not C
1) In GCC?
2) In Midchart?
If I cannot play suggested method, any suggestions of a legal method to play in
1) GCC?
2) Midchart?

The 1♣ opening shows a set of strong hands

(The fact that it 1♣ doesn't show ALL strong hands shouldn't be enough to negate the sanction)

I don't see any reason why you can't play this in a GCC event; however, I've been wrong before

As I understand the GCC, 1♣ and 1♦ can be "all purpose" as long as the minimum is 10 HCP. I have verified this with a lot of in-the-know TD's because of various strange openings with various strange systems.

This is fine GCC. Richard quoted the correct rule, which is that all conventions are allowed after a 15+ strong opening. This includes after interference as in the example you give. The rule about 1m being "all purpose" is fine as an opening but doesn't let you use conventional continuations (say transfer Walsh over 1♣) unless you meet one of the other specifically allowed conditions like being a raise, a GF, or bidding 1♦ over 1♣. These restrictions on responder go away when opener promises 15+ instead of just 10+ with his opening.

Just for clarification, I was asking about the responses, I am sure the opener is legal.

You can be as freaky as you want over a 15+ 1♣ opening, for all four positions.
