Exactly How do I Get A Hand Record

I have had several Hands and Boards where I would like to get a record of the hand.
I have not bee nable to access the "Movie". I can't see why it isn't possible to redo the softwre so that a click on the Twenty or so Charecter Board number would get you the hand record.
