Hi all,
This sounds every cool! Definitely hoping we get some top class commentators with good voices.
Thanks,
Dan

I'm doing (at least) one segment for Roland. If I can use my headset, I would help out. PM me here.

yes I had the same problem until I read the next part of the instructions which is click yes and say you want to connect anyway. It is a bit confusing.
Something else I found confusing was knowing where the voices were coming from i.e. which room. The people who are active, it seems, have red lips in the list, but there's no indication as to where they might be. I messaged for information which was instantly forthcoming, but that will get to be a drag for the people trying to run it, if everyone does this. Is there some way to identify which rooms are using mumble in the mumble list?
Aside from this it's very cool to hear the voices of the commentators.

Thanks Pam. Unfortunately I dont get a message to accept and connect anyway. Maybe it is my wireless causing problems, it wouldnt be the first time.
Felix remotely connected to my pc and checked the settings etc (thanks!) and still no joy, he thought it was firewall issue so I disabled the FW and tried again, still no connection.
OH! Ive just had a thought, I will check my router

They are getting better at naming things - usually the name of the conversation corresponds to the name of the room in some way (not exactly - there may be string length limitations).
There are two types of muted icons - self muted and system muted. Most users are system muted (both icons are similar). Look for the users without any mute icon (either no icon or a stylized "A") to spot the speakers. It is then handy to mark those as friends (temporarily anyway) so you can see which room they are actually in if the conversation name is too cryptic.
You must know the rules well - so that you may break them wisely!
