Click on work convention card that you want to edit or add defensive carding.
This will be the file you will be working on and after the editing, file save as or save etc.,
After the work convention card opens:

click on Show Defensive Carding.
click on edit Defensive Carding
Look for "opening Leads" section
Look for Leads vs NT below section
click on each selection and when you do, radio buttons open up.
Now you select the one you want.

Now, the similar approach for leads vs Suits.
Look for "opening Leads" section
Look for Leads vs suits below section
click on each selection and when you do, radio buttons open up.
Now you select the one you want.

Now you look right section for signals.
Look for "When partner leads vs NT" section
Look for 1st priority section
Click on arrow, drop down menu appears
Now you select the one you want.
Perform the same for 2nd Priority.
Perform the same for 3rd Priority.

Same approach for
When declarer leads vs NT.
When discarding vs NT.
When partner leads vs suits.
When declarer leads vs suits.
When discarding vs suits.

Now , you can write in the Block called
"Description and other agreements"
Brief notes about other agreements.
example:
Coded Tens and nine which implies, Jack Denies.
Defense against NT; Play of Q request pd to drop J or give count.
