Training with partner

Hello, I have just been in the training with partner room ( " Entraînement aux enchères")for the first time and I would like some advise on how to use it correctly.
1. Can we keep track of our hands ? I could not find them in my folder .
2. How exactly can we play prepared hands ?
3.Why do I get odd deal numbers when I press on the redeal button.
