depends on who I am 
, I would probably overcall 1♦, wich makes it hard to stop below slam (althou playing 3♣ doubled is possible). anyway seeing all hands its hard to tell.

I overcall 1d but this is really a dead minimum
so:
(1c)=1d=p=2c
(3c)=X=rest is up to partner
At this vul partner knows I have a real opening hand, real d and c values.

Okay, I confess, I missed 6 Heart and or 6 Diamond.
I like to overcall on 4 card suits but I had not with the north hand.
I like to reopen with 5 card suits, but the south hand does not look like a unilateral heart hand.
