What do the following auctions after (2M)-Dbl-(p) mean?

1) Direct cuebid.

2) 2NT then cuebid.

3) 2NT then 3NT.

For each of these, do you think that four cards in the other major are promised or
denied? Is it possible to stop in 4m for any of these?

Added later: 4) 2NT then 3S (after they have opened 2H).
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
