Q2 is the easiest, J of need to be doubleton, and the need to behave, either singleton or doubleton J or Jxxx(x) onside.

Q1 you can play for a bad trump break, but you still need the to behave as above. Make sure you ruff the with the 10 and 8 of .

At the table I would win the K (west will not have 7), and lead a . If EAST ruffs, WEst has 6, if not, I will win the A. Let's take both lines starting with EAST follows to trick two.

Now, I lead a and ruff with the Ten. If EAST over ruffs, I win the return cross to my hand (for sake of argument, both follow), and I ruff my last high and pull trumps.

How were club split. IF they split 3-2 with 3 in WEST, I will surely play EAST for the JACK if it doesn't fall. IF they split 2-3 with 3 in EAST, then the key math is 7 know cards in WEST, 5 in east. I will cash the two top and still play EAST for Jxxx (longer). If they split 1-4 with 4 in WEST (and stiff J with EAST :=( ) I will again play for the 3-3 split.

Other intersting line is win A, A, ruff , A, ruff , K, ruff (these ruffs with AKQ.. .exit 9. I am not goiing to play this dummy reveral, however.

How do i play 7. Win K, A, ruff with 8, to my hand, ruff with the T, pull trumps, hope to find JACK (WEST needs J
