I am more aggressive here than I use to be, but pass. I used to pass this with another queen but not any more :)

Borderline 2D. Close second choice is pass. I feel that a diamond lead may be important, so that's the only reason why I bid.

I almost always pass balanced hands that are not good enough for 1NT and the wrong distribution for a double.

By balanced I mean primarily 5-3-3-2 but sometimes also 5-4-2-2 and maybe 6-3-2-2 if the long suit is not great.

This is one of the hands that I really regret. I'm normally pretty disciplined about two level overcalls, especially with 5332 shape. This time I decided to be aggressive and got crucified.
