IMP, white vs. red, you you deal and open 1♣ and an insane auction develops:
1♣ - (X) - 1♦ - (1♥) - 2♣ - (2♥) - P - (P) - 3♣ - (4♥) (sic) - X - (P) - P - (XX) (!!!).
You hold:
XXX
J
AT9
AK9XXX
You lead the A♣ and dummy tables:
AKTX
AK
XX
QTXXX
Both pard and declarer play their stiff ♣s (declarer had J♣ in case it matters).
Anyway, you are lead on T2 and what do you lead and why? You may assume a reasonable pard if that helps.

What do you lead at T2 (defensive question)?

trump
Declarer appears to have 6 hearts (else pd is what -- xx,10xxxx,KQJxx,x? 1=5=6=1 leaves declarer an absurd, even for LHO's friend, 5=5=2=1) and a singleton. Trusting pd doesn't hold xxxx,Q109x,QJxx,x I'll win the club continuation and continue with a low diamond.

Better if you make the bidding in various lines
1♣ - (X) - 1♦ - (1♥) -
2♣ - (2♥) - P - (P) -
3♣ - (4♥) (sic) - X - (P) -
P - (XX) (!!!). - P - (P)
P
Anyway trump back seems best.

2♣ - (2♥) - P - (P) -
3♣ - (4♥) (sic) - X - (P) -
P - (XX) (!!!). - P - (P)
P

Trump for me too.
This bidding is incredibly insane. Actually much worse than that. The guy with five clubs doubles and then raises hearts the second time a jump with doubleton AK.

♠Well, anything but a minor suit lead brings down the curtains for the D
.
Pard held:
XXXXX
QX
KQJTX
x
Declarer had:
QXX
TXXXXX
XXX
J
AK of ♥, AK of ♠, ♣ ruff to hand, Q♠ pitching ♦ = 6♥, 3♠ + 1♦ ruff for 10 tricks
.
IMO, it doesn't hurt to cash in A♦ (or lead a low ♦) to see what pard says --after all pard took two free bids and must have K♦ or QJXX of ♥ for the X. You can argue that the correct bid over the first X is 1♠, the disparity of the suits notwithstanding.
Maybe I am reading too much into this -- a fix is a fix is a fix

This pack of cards contains 15 spades and 11 hearts. I wouldn't normally mind, but I was relying on some of those hearts to take tricks for our side.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

How so?
Declarer: QXX of ♠
Pard: XXXXX of ♠
Dummy: AK of ♠
Dealer: XXX of ♠
Declarer: TXXXXX of ♥
Pard: QX of ♥
Dummy: AKXX of ♥
Dealer: X of ♥
