There are a anumber of players who leave game immediately after a bad result.
Sometimes so many one is challenged to record all names for the exclusion list.
Not to mention that some may have been disconnected for valid technical reasons, such as power outage or computer failure.
Is there a way to tell what happened to the disconnected player. Often, those who are playing the game suffer because of delays in getting subs, or because the have limited time to play the game and must leave before completion.

Just use your mailbox. If they got disconnected because they had a technical problem, they should respond.
If they got a bad result, they will either tell you, or just ignore your message.
It's probably safe to wait up to 5 days for a response.
If they don't respond, add them to your exclude list.
Just an idea.

Too much work, just put their name on your ban list and forget about it - BBO has 100's of other players waiting to play free tournaments.
It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.
