Hi,

just trying to draw some attention to a thread from the past, because
i just stumpeld about it again.

I recommend that B/I players have a look at the thread, since
he conatins lots of valuable informations.

PS: In my opinion, even better players may benefit from the
thread, Bob Holmes explains very well, but one thing should also
be clear, you are allowed to come to a different conclusion.

PSS: In my opinion it may well be worth to pinn this thread,
as was done with MikeHs thread about reverses.
